Thomas J. Quinn has been an attorney for 32 years practicing continuously in criminal court.

He has been chief public defender in Beaufort County and in Richland County. Richland County Public Defender's Office is the largest Public Defender's Office in South Carolina.

In the Greenville County Solicitor's Office, Mr. Quinn was a member of the Violent Crime Unit and head of one of two trial teams.

Mr. Quinn has been an instructor at the National College of District Attorneys and for the South Carolina Bar.
